Where Can I Find Your Audiobooks?
This is one of the most often questions that I get through emails or social media. Finding Audiobooks is not always easy. Audiobooks in general are one of the bigger areas of change in the book world. There are thousands of books in most categories that can be easily accessible.
Data on the size of the audiobook industry in the United States in 2021 showed that audiobook sales amounted to 1.6 billion U.S. dollars. The source calculated this figure based on data from 28 publishers, including Audible Inc., Hachette Audio, HarperCollins, Macmillan, Penguin Random House, and Simon & Schuster. As a writer, getting an Audiobook done was one of the more important goals that I set for myself. Through my research I found two options – Going through Amazon or Findaway Voices. I went back and forth for a few weeks. In the end, I decided to go with Findaway voices.
When I created an account and was working on Path of the Phoenix – I wanted to find someone quickly. I picked 5 narrators and listened to them. I picked the 5 and asked them to read a portion of my first chapter. In the end, I picked Kevin Rineer. I felt he was great at the multiple characters that I had. We worked together and I felt the experience was incredible.
After finishing Soul of Anesidora I contacted Kevin and he was willing to work on my second book. I am just about to contact for my third book which will be released on Aug 19th, 2022.
Here are a few of the places that my Audiobooks are located:
Google Play
Audible
Audiobooksnow
Chirpbooks
Hoopla
Scribd
Kobo
There are definitely other places as well. These were the most commonly searched for my audiobooks.
